Cerulean launches its first dress exclusively for our shoppers- meet the Julie dress, a chic and simple shift in a vibrant yellow hue. Loose fit is offset by a shorter hemline and delicate cap sleeves that show just enough skin. This dress takes you shopping on weekends with leather flip flops and an oversized straw tote, to a cocktail dinner with sparkling heels and a special clutch. Slight scoop neck, unlined and made of 100% silk dupioni. French seams on the inside keep the silk from fraying. More sizes and additional stock arriving soon.
