Ordering
You must provide accurate billing information and credit card security codes for your order to be processed. If any of this information is incorrect, the order will automatically be declined. Please contact Cerulean if you have questions about a declined or refused order so we can assist in processing the transaction. We do not accept check or cash.
Cerulean currently only accepts orders from the
US and
Canada. For specific information about shipping to
Canada, please read our International Orders Policy listed below. You may not place an order from a computer outside the
United States or
Canada, even if shipping to the
US and using a US Credit Card. We do not accept any credit cards that are issued from a country other than the
US or
Canada. All Canadian credit cards must comply with AVS checking program. Please call your bank for more information about this. If you do not comply with any of the above, your order will automactially be declined. Please contact Cerulean if you have questions about a declined or refused order so we can assist in processing the transaction.
Shipping Policy
All orders from Cerulean are quickly processed and safely delivered. Many orders will be shipped the same day you place your order. If your order is urgent and you wish to confirm the exact date of shipping before placing an order, please email us at info@shopcerulean.com and a customer service representative will contact you to discuss your shipping needs. We operate in Central Standard Time, and so inquiries made during off hours may require additional time for a customer service representative to respond. We ship products anywhere in the
United States using UPS shipping at the speed of your choice. Our default shipping method is UPS Ground. We will use US Postal Service to ship to PO Boxes only- an additional day or more for processing of your order may be required. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.
International Orders
Cerulean now accepts orders from and ships to
Canada. We do not at this time ship to any other country outside the
United States. A flat fee for standard shipping to
Canada will be assessed to your order. US shipping rates will not apply. We only accept credit cards that operate within the AVS system (for address verification). Please call your bank to inquire whether or not your bank participates in this program. If your bank does not participate in the AVS program, your card will be declined and the order will automatically be refused. Please note that all prices are listed in US dollars. International transactions are automatically converted to US dollars at the current exchange rate. Should you return any merchandise, it will be retuned at the current exchange rate for that day, which may differ from the exchange rate at the time of purchase. You therefore may not receive the entire purchase amount as a refund, depending on the exchange rates employed by our bank. For more information about ordering and making a return on a Canadian order please call or email us at anytime. Please note that we operate in Central Standard Time and therefore requests or inquiries made outside the normal work day may require additional time to respond.
Cerulean Return Policy
Cerulean proudly stands behind the quality brand names we offer our customers. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full credit within 14 days of purchase date. Customers will receive a full refuns, minus all shipping, handling, gift wrapping or other charges. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days or purchase date to receive a refund. If goods are retuned after this date, no refund will be issued. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the following address:
Important: We cannot accept the return of any item with any indication that it has been used. Cerulean will not issue store credit or refunds for any used items.
Error in Shipping
In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly take back that item and credit you the purchase price, sales tax and original shipping and wrapping costs - and take whatever corrective action suggested by the customer. Please contact us within 48-hours of items received to correct any error in shipping.
Final Sale Merchandise
No returns will be accepted on any merchandise marked as "Final Sale". Final Sale will be noted on the product description page. We will allow you to exchange a Final Sale Item for another size, depending on availability. Please contact Customer Service to inquire about Final Sale Merchandise.
